Shipping & Returns

Delivery Fee

Orders under R1500 have a flat rate delivery fee of R120. Orders above R1500 are shipped free of charge.

Delivery Method

Orders are sent via courier to a physical address only (residential or business address). We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Delivery Areas

Orders must be shipped to a physical address within South Africa. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery Times

Orders will be despatched only after payment has been received. After payment has reflected in our account orders will be sent via courier within 1-2 business days. Delivery times for KZN, Johannesburg and Pretoria is 1-2 days, outlying areas and deliveries to the Western Cape take 2-3 days. Every effort is made to get your order to you in the quickest possible timeframe. Deliveries occur on normal business days only, not on weekends or public holidays. Please contact us for any special delivery requests.

Returns

Medical devices and health supplements cannot be returned due to possible public health risks, except in the case of damaged or defective products. In the event of any faulty or defective products please contact us within 14 days and a replacement will be sent and a report lodged with the manufacturer. Products classified as cosmetics can only be returned if they are still in their original packaging, sealed and unused. If any of the packaging has been opened or tampered with products cannot be returned due to possible contamination. Customers have 14 days from delivery date to request any returns.
